  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to 28 international countries. Unfortunately, we do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@pipapierre.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
