At Pipa & Pierre, we accept returns on eligible items only.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In original condition with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or monogrammed items

• Gift sets or bundles

• Any worn, washed, or tag-removed items

How to Request a Return

Email Info@PipaPierre.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Shipping

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
